As the city of Dhangadhi rapidly grows in population and urban
activity, the need for proper management of public spaces has
become crucial. One of the pressing concerns is the issue of
unmanaged parking, as seen in various locations across the city.
Vehicles, including motorcycles and scooters, are often parked on
sidewalks and pedestrian pathways, as shown in the attached image.
This creates obstructions for pedestrians and contributes to traffic
congestion. The lack of designated parking areas and clear
